特厚煤层沿空掘巷围岩控制技术研究

Technical analysis on Control Surround Rock of Thick Coal Seam Along Gob Roadway

摘要: 为了控制沿空巷道围岩变形,保证巷道稳定安全,以塔山煤矿8204工作面5204巷为工程背景进行特厚煤层小煤柱沿空掘巷试验性研究。巷道掘进期间采用锚杆、锚索、金属网、W钢带、锚索组合钢梁联合支护。由于工作面回采影响巷道围岩稳定,又在超前支承应力集中区域、采煤帮侧和小煤柱侧进行加强支护。现场巷道变形观测发现,5204巷采用的支护方式是科学合理的、安全可靠的,8204工作面现已回采完毕,围岩控制效果良好。

Abstract: In order to control rock deformation and keep surrounding rock stability and safety, based on the engineering background of 5204 roadway 8204 working face of Coal Mine, experimentally study on thick coal seam small pillar along gob roadway. Adopting roof bolt, anchor cable, metal mesh, W-type steel band and steel-anchor cable composite beams support, during driving roadway. Because the stability of roadway surrounding rock is affected by mining, the strengthening support is applied in the stress concentration region, coal rib side and small coal pillar side. Based on the in-situ observation of roadway deformation, 5204 roadway support way is scientific and reasonable, safe and reliable. 8204 working face has been done, controling surround rock achieves good effect.
